I got recommended to use the Honda HP 5w as well, but they where out so I bought Showa SS7 5w instead which is also something many consider a good oil. I think I will change the oil in the cartridge as well, and I will try to get ahold of the Honda HP 5w next time just to make sure!

I'm thinking unless the oil is contaminated, a thorough clean won't be necessary...just a full drain (and you'll be able to see if there's any crap in it) then replace w/ lighter.
